Shipping Process
At Ron Baker Stamps & Coins we take serious care in packing for delivery, all purchases are packed for your purchase to arrive undamaged and on time. All orders will be shipped in a timely manner. Orders placed with direct deposit will be sent once funds arrive in our account. Orders are processed Monday to Friday ex public holidays. Ron Baker Stamps & Coins will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays known or expected. We also send progress emails, when you receive the email "Shipped" your order is on the way. this email will also have a tracking number for your convenience if available..
Choosing the correct shipping method when placing an order.
In order to prevent delays with your order please choose the correct shipping method when placing an order.
When placing an order for stamps only please choose "Registered Postage For Stamps" shipping method.
When placing an order for coins only please choose "Registered Postage For Coins" shipping method.
When placing an order for combination of stamps, coins or antiques please choose either Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post shipping method.

Pickup from Cnr Manchester Rd & Gooding Dr, Carrara QLD 4211. For Saturday pickups orders must be received by 2pm Friday. For Sunday pickups orders must be received by 2pm Saturday. Pickup at this location is only is available during the business hours below.

PLEASE NOTE... We do not keep your credit card details in our databases. All online transactions are done via Afterpay Stripe (credit Card) or direct deposit.

Payment Methods
Pay Pal, Credit Cards or Direct Deposit
We also accept direct deposits, if paying by direct deposit ensure you include the "Order Number" as the reference during the transaction Direct deposit orders will only be shipped once the funds have cleared. It can take 2 business days or more before funds have cleared unless you bank with NAB. We bank with NAB so if you bank with them too your funds are usually transferred immediately, therefore your order will be shipped within the week order was placed.
Please keep in mind transferring funds from a bank other than NAB may take longer for funds to reach us, which will delay shipping.
Products Details
Images
The images on this site are for illustration purposes and may or may not represent the actual size, however they, in most cases, will represent the actual product. In the "Product Description" it will indicate the approximate size and if the product will be the actual product you will receive. This means what you see is what you get. One of a kind crystals can only be purchases with a quantity of "1", if you want "2" crystals of the same type you will need to choose them both individually. However, some products such as Tumbled Stones and Bracelets can be purchase by the quantity where stock permits.
Product Measurements
The measurements provided on this site are measured in millimetres (mm) or centimetres (cm). The measurements will indicate the maximum dimensions of the object. i.e measurements may be from the average widest point to point. Because images on this site are for illustration purposes, they may or will not represent the actual size, please use measurement provided to grasp the approximate actual size. The weight is measured in grams or kilograms. Measurements are provided as a guide and may contain discrepancies and/or errors. we do our best to make sure we give you approximate measurements to give you an idea of its approximate size.
Returns
At Ron Baker Stamps & Coins we want all our customers to be delighted with their purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please submit a return request by logging into your account. Once logged in find the order you wish to return then click the Return Items link. Requests to return items within 7 days of receipt date.
If requesting a return by email, please send to sales@stampsandcoins.com.au or use contact us form with the following information, however the method above is recommended.

Return Process
Ron Baker Stamps & Coins will then evaluate the reason of your wish to return your purchase. If a valid reason is given within the 7 day time line we will e-mail you back with a reference number and instructions on what to do next. (Do not send any items back to Ron Baker Stamps & Coins without a reference number.) Ron Baker Stamps & Coins will not refund the delivery cost or the delivery cost of returning the item/s purchased.
All returns must be returned in there original condition and packaging, with tags still attached within 7 days of the receipt date, for a full refund of the purchase price.
Once your purchase has been returned to Ron Baker Stamps & Coins (in its original condition with tags still attached if applicable) Ron Baker Stamps & Coins will refund either by store credit or the same method you used to pay. If your payment method incurs fees these fees will be deducted. Note: We do not charge the fees, fees are charged by the merchant provider.

Currencies
Ron Baker Stamps & Coins accepts payment in Australian Dollars. However you can change the currency to USD, GBP, NZD or Euro.. this can be changed in the top right-hand corner on our website.. Click on the current currency then select the currency you want. Changing currency will help with grasping the value in your currency only, payment will convert to AUD.
