2007 Bounding Kangaroos PNC. The kangaroo is a marsupial mammal and is native to Australia. Standing, the kangaroo is taller than a man and can weigh around 85 kilograms. It is the largest marsupial in the world. There are over 40 different species of kangaroo, the largest of which is the Red Kangaroo.
